Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. If an item has a longer delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.

Instruments are carefully packed and shipped with a reliable carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email, when available.

Accessories and reeds that are temporarily out of stock generally have a delivery time of 3–7 business days.

United States orders
Shipping costs are calculated after we receive your order. You will receive a final invoice including the shipping costs and a secure payment link. Any import duties, tariffs, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, local taxes or other import-related costs are payable by the buyer/recipient.

Pre-owned and consignment instruments
Selected pre-owned and consignment instruments may be shipped internationally when this option is available at checkout. For these instruments, additional sales conditions may apply as stated on the final invoice. The final shipping cost is calculated after the order has been received and is included in the final invoice before payment.
