Very fine and well-preserved Conn New Wonder II alto saxophone from around the late 1920s.
This instrument comes from its first owner and has been stored in an attic for years. As a result, the saxophone has remained exceptionally well-preserved and is in a very neat, original condition.
The Conn New Wonder II is known for its characteristic vintage sound: warm, full, and powerful, with great projection. This makes the instrument extremely suitable for jazz, blues, and enthusiasts of an authentic sound.
The saxophone features white leather pads with domed resonators and has a smooth-running mechanism. Both aesthetically and technically, it's a very attractive instrument for its age.
